I want to say Hi and welcome all of our new readers clicking over after seeing me on WCPO! I am so thrilled to be working with WCPO and John Matarese to help get the word out about all the great ways you can save money every single week! Because there are so many deals every week on our blog, I thought I'd put together a quick list of the deals I talked about on air today to help you find them quickly. It’s not just Cyber Monday—it’s Cyber Week! More than 120 million americans are expected to shop online! Cyber Monday is sort of the shopping equivalent of Sweetest Day—it’s a made-up holiday. It’s simply the day that Americans log in at work and spend an hour or more shopping online. There are deals to be found, but nothing like we saw last week. However, there are a couple of good ways to save money even if you can’t find great deals on everything:
- Shop through a site like Ebates.com, which will give you cash back! If you click on our Ebates post on cincysavers.com you will get a $10 cash back bonus, find great online coupons for all your favorite retailers, plus get as much as 10% cash back on purchases you were already going to make!
- Go to Kroger and buy a gift card to your favorite online retailer. Amazon, Ebay, Old Navy, Target, Walmart and so on. You’ll get quadruple fuel points for the gift card purchase, then click through Ebates to get cash back on your online purchase. This just adds more savings to your purchase!
- Amazon, Best Buy and Walmart are locked in that price war for your shopping dollars—so instead of celebrating Cyber Monday, they are having Cyber Weeks! This means lightning-quick deals that will come and go, so make sure you’re watching cincysavers.com and their sites so you don’t miss out on a deal!
