This week, the local spotlight is shining on this adorable little boutique known as 4th Street. Situated on 4th Street in the heart of downtown Cincinnati , 4th Street Boutique is a non-profit organization that works closely with Dress for Success Cincinnati and also operates as a high end thrift store. They sell everything from clothing to jewelry, mostly name brand. The also have a newly opened second location in College Hill.  One of our fabulous Deals Divas here at cincysavers.com, Colleen, was so very excited to share her love for this store, which made me happy to share the good deals she finds at 4th Street with you! "Not only does shopping at the store benefit Dressed for Success, but I get quality and fashionable clothes on a single mom budget. I stopped in this past Thursday and they have an entire rack of brand new little black dresses.
