The thing I like about Project Runway is that as the season progresses, you learn more about each designer, their aesthetics and their style. I find myself looking forward to some designers completed looks grace the runway while I honestly could care less about others. Strangely enough, this episodes challenge forced the designers to step outside their comfort zone. Some made it work, while others unfortunately, did not.

With that said, lets move onto the show! This week, Heidi stepped out on the runway with the little black button bag in hand. For those of you who are not familiar with the famous little black bag, that means there is going to be some random name drawing going on.

As she introduced the men who walked out on the runway, (that's right, I said men!) she pulled a designers name out of the button bag then they got to choose which guy they wanted to work with. You could just see the fear in the designers eyes, with most fairly unfamiliar with menswear. As the pairs were created, then came the news.

With a big sigh of relief, the men were only there to provide direction for the designers who were to create a look for thier significant others. Whew! Thank goodness for womens wear. Not to be to opinionated, but menswear can be pretty bland. I mean, how many different pants and shirt designs can one possibly come up with?

Back to the workroom, the designers met with the men who were trying to describe what their lovely ladies styles were like. Can we say DISASTER? The man who Bert was paired up with could only think about his wifes boobs, while the other men just frankly had no clue.

Olivier seemed the most in distress, after the man he was paired up with informed him that his lady had some big ol' ta tas. Olivier stated he wished women didn't even have breasts because they mess up the aesthetic of his designs. HA! I was laughing so hard when he said that I woke up my son. Opps.

I feel as though nothing to exciting went on in the workroom. After the last few episodes where the show was based on the insane drama, it seemed rather quiet. Everyone was on good behavior. Tim came in per usual, gave his advice and told everyone to carry on. The women the designers were creating the look for showed up in the workroom several times. Most of the women were happy, the only real issue was with Oliviers lady. She was just a real snoot, you know, the kind of women no one can please?

When it came down to the runway show, joining the normal group of Nina Garcia, Michael Kors and Heidi Klum was actress Malin Akerman..another actress. Not to sound like I am full of myself or anything, but they need to have some fashion editors be guest judges. I feel like they would have more of an impact than unfamiliar never-heard-of actresses.

Overall the looks were great and I loved the fact that the women whom the designers created the look for were the models.

***Spoiler Alert***

In the top three were designers Anya, Josh and Viktor.

Josh took the win with a simple yet beautiful black dress. He is normally the designed who likes to take things over the top, but this time he kept things clean and simple, and that in itself must have been a challenge for him. It was good to see him win. I'd wear that dress in a heartbeat!

The bottom three designers were Bert, Anthony Ryan and Bryce with Bryce getting the "Auf" from Heidi. His hot pink poorly fitted dress didn't make the cut. As Viktor said earlier in the challenge, "It reminds me of anti-diarreal medicine, it just makes me want to go!" No one was too thrilled with the dress aside from the girl wearing it. That has to count for something right?
