I actually had a good experience at the gas pump that other day. No...seriously! Remke/biggs has joined forces with Speedway and connected their Pump Perks program with Speedway's Speedy Rewards program. So when I needed gas last week, I drove into Speedway with $2.00 in Pump Perks already in my account (courtesy to the lovely people at Remke/biggs so I could test the program out! Thank you Remke/biggs!) and they were burning the proverbial hole in my card. I had driven my Mom-mobile almost dry so I needed a full tank. After a quick swipe of the Speedy Rewards card and another quick swipe of my credit card (it was raining and I would have melted..lol) I was filling up.
When it was all said and done, I was able to get 19.845 gallons of gas for $1.39/gallon with the Pump Perks saving me $39.69!!!! I only paid $27.58 to fill up! It's been a long time since I've paid that little and it was super easy. I think I'm going to like this new program!!!
