The first CartBuster Deal of the Day was a coupon for free Tide - hope you were one of the lucky ones who got the deal! But even if you didn't, you can still get the Tide digital coupon and save! And Tide is definitely something that you want to keep on supply in your house - not only will your laundry be clean and fresh, but you'll also have a weapon to use against all those stains that creep up on your kids, furniture, carpets and more.

Here's a short list of some common stains and how to treat them from tide.com. These stains stand no chance against Tide's super stain-fighting powers!

Blood
1) Brush the excess stain off the surface of the fabric.
2) Rinse in cold water to dilute the stain.
3) Using a PLASTIC bucket, create a soak solution by adding 1/2 a use of Tide Liquid per gallon of cold water. Allow the garment to soak for up to 30 minutes, weighting the item with a WHITE towel to keep it totally submerged.
4) Wash in cold water with 1 use of Tide Coldwater.
5) If stain remains, repeat steps before drying.

Chocolate
1) Try Tide Stain Release. Just add it to your wash along with your regular detergent.
OR

5) If stain remains, repeat steps before drying.

Wine

OR, if available, use Tide to Go instant stain remover:
1) Remove excess residue from stain.
2) Press the tip onto the stain several times to release some stain remover solution.
3) Rub tip gently across stain to remove it. When necessary, add more liquid and continue to rub gently.
4) Important: If treated area will be exposed to direct sunlight, wipe with damp cloth or napkin to remove excess solution.

Wax
1) Remove the stain by gently scraping it with dull knife. Shake residue from garment.
2) Place stained garment face down on white paper towel and place another on top of garment. Press with warm (but not hot) iron, being careful to keep iron on paper towel. Keep changing paper towels until no more stain transfers.
3) Pretreat with Tide Liquid. Pour Tide on to cover stain and let set for 20 minutes.
4) Wash in warm water with 1 use of Tide. Try Tide Bleach Alternative.
5) If stain remains, repeat steps before drying.
