Amazon has announced a HUGE addition to their already-popular Prime program: Prime members now get unlimited digital streaming of movies and tv shows!  A membership to Amazon Prime now includes access to 5,000 movies and tv shows at no additional cost!I've always been a big fan of Prime, which featured free two-day shipping on most products at Amazon.  This really kicks it up a notch!  I'm eager to get in and explore the Amazon offerings, to see how many of these shows and movies I could really use.  I wonder--will this compete with Netflix streaming?  Will it beat Netflix?  If anyone could go head-to-head with Netflix, it would be Amazon!If you want to try it out as well but aren't already a Prime member, they are offering a free one month Prime trial right now.   Amazon Prime is typically $79 a year and can be shared amongst members of the same household.  I can tell you that we use Prime so often that I feel the $79 is well worth it!
