Or get a 16 gb refurbished 3Gs for only $49! These do require the standards: 2 year contract, activation, and the $15 minimum data plan per month. I first bought the refurbished 3G 16 gb in May 2009 for $99, so these are FANTASTIC prices! It has been in use for almost two years now without issue, so I have confidence in the Apple/AT&T refurbished devices.
