We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from ALDO. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns at ANY TIME after purchase if the following conditions are met:
- All items must be unworn.
- All Items must be in their original packaging.
- You must include the original sales receipt.
- No returns on earrings.
- Find an ALDO store near you using our store locator. Your closest ALDO store is also indicated on your packing slip or order confirmation email (for online orders).
- Return the item(s) to the store of your preference where our associates will be please to assist you.
- You will be refunded at the store through the same payment method that was used to purchase the items.*
- Checks may only be refunded in cash 10 days after the purchase date. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded at any time.
- For purchases made using PayPal, returns can only be processed online and refunds will be credited directly to your PayPal account. We will not be able to process PayPal returns in store.
