One of the comments we hear often is that most coupons are for bad-for-you processed food. People wonder what's the point in saving so much money on food you shouldn't be eating anyway.I have heard comments like this so often since I started using coupons, so I thought that this would be a great time to give some insight into other products you can save on - and save big.The truth is that there are a lot of coupons out there for junk food. But even if you never purchase one food item, you can still use coupons to save in huge ways! So many people think food when they think coupons, but they forget to consider the amount of savings to be had on all the other things we purchase on a regular basis. We all brush our teeth, shower, wash our hair, clean the house, wash our clothes and dishes and some of us even have family members of the four-legged variety. Below is a list of things I've bought with coupons and what general price I paid for them. Just think how often you use these things and how quickly the cost adds up when you're paying full price!
