UPDATE:
Congrats to Jillian Stein, who won this week's contest. Here's her comment, drawn at random:
I like to have an assortment of snickers, crunch bars etc. but I also find it nice to have lollipops for the small kids ? they seem to like that better!
Original Post:
Once a week, we turn the tables on our readers and ask for your tips to help others save time and money. One person, selected at random, who leaves a comment here on the blog and answers the week?s question wins a $60 gift certificate to the Young Chef's Academy, and a $50 certificate to Asiatique Bistro & Lounge. We'll draw a winner at random at 9 a.m. tomorrow.
So for this week's question, we want to know: What are you passing out for Halloween this year? And how much of it?
In the last three years I've lived here, I've had at most three kids knock on my door, so Halloween doesn't cost me much. I buy one bag of Snickers, pass out three to each kid and the last kid that shows up closest to 8 p.m. gets the rest of the bag. So how about you? What do you give out and how much of it do you give?
