It's Halloween weekend and to celebrate, IHOP is giving away free pancakes! This is one treat you won't want to miss. Today only - Friday, October 29 - kids 12 and under will receive a free Scary Face Pancake. It's dine-in only and one per child, but each child gets a free buttermilk pancake with whipped topping and a strawberry nose, and gets OREO cookies and candy corn to create a scary face. For hungry adults, try out IHOP's Trick Or Treat All-You-Can-Eat Pancakes -  buy any of the combos with two or more buttermilk pancakes and then you'll get three more pancakes at a time 'til you're stuffed.
