If you purchase an offer available only via mail, expect to receive your certificate in seven to 10 business days or sooner in most cases. However, there are some exceptions – like when a certificate is redeemable for tickets at an event taking place at a later date, or when there are date stipulations clearly marked in the offer.

Typically, you can purchase up to four certificates for any given offer or business using your name and credit card information. Yes. After purchasing, you’ll receive an e-mail with a link to your certificate, which you can print at your convenience.

Most businesses do not give cash back for unused portion of certificates. Details and restrictions are posted with each offer.
