Coupons:
Can I make photocopies of coupons I find on your site?
Due to restrictions from manufacturers, you are limited in the number of grocery coupons you can print and making copies also won’t work. Once the bar code on an original or a copy has been used, it won’t work again. And even if you are able to slip both an original and a copy through, unfortunately you’ve committed coupon fraud and you could face repercussions if the unauthorized coupons are traced.
 
 
The grocery coupons I checked aren't printing - what should I do?

Here’s a great trouble-shooting page that may help. And here’s a tip for the print driver: print coupons one at a time. If you click print twice and aren’t hooked up to the correct printer or have printing problems (such as running out of paper or ink), you won’t have a chance to print these again until the 30-day waiting period is finished.

What are your half-price deals?

Our half-price deals are a great way to save money on restaurants, spas, golf, entertainment and more! We offer incredible deals every day and new deals throughout the week.

 
How long does it take to receive a half-price certificate?

If you purchase a certificate that offers instant printing, you can print and use your certificate immediately. If you purchase an offer available only via mail, expect to receive your certificate in seven to 10 business days or sooner in most cases. Mailed offers arrive in a white security envelope marked cincysavers.com. 

 
Can I use my half-price deal immediately?

Almost always. You can use your half-price deal certificates as soon as you print them or receive them in the mail. However, there are some exceptions – like when a certificate is redeemable for tickets at an event taking place at a later date, or when there are date stipulations clearly marked in the offer.

 
Are there any hidden fees?

No. We’re proud to have no hidden fees. We’ve taken care of the shipping, handling and convenience fees, so the price you see is the price you pay.

 
Is there a limit to how many certificates I can purchase?

Typically, you can purchase up to four certificates for any given offer or business using your name and credit card information. In some cases, we further limit purchases to two offers per person to help ensure as many people as possible can get a popular deal. The maximum quantity is always clearly stated on the deal’s purchase page in the quantity area.

 
What if I don't receive my certificate?

I am buying a half-price gift certificate but don't want to print it right away. Can I buy now but print later?

Yes. After purchasing, you’ll receive an e-mail with a link to your certificate, which you can print at your convenience.

 
What happens if a business closes before I've used my half-price certificate?
Buy with confidence. If a business closes before you have a chance to use your certificate, please contact our customer service department at 1.877.843.2900 or e-mail affiliatesupport@secondstreet.com. For deals purchased before September 17, 2011, please call 1.440.248.3564 or e-mail at info@mediawebconnect.com.

We’ll happily exchange your non-expired certificate’s purchase price toward another deal of equal value. Most savings sites don’t offer such a guarantee, but this is one more way you can count on cincysavers.com to help you get true value.
 
If I don't use the full amount of a half-price certificate, will I get cash back?

Most businesses do not give cash back for unused portion of certificates. Details and restrictions are posted with each offer. 

 
Can I redeem certificates for cash?

No, the certificates aren’t redeemable for cash, but feel free to give them as gifts.

 
What credit cards do you accept for half-price deals? Can I use PayPal?

We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We don't currently accept PayPal.

 
Is buying online through the half-price section safe?

Yes, we use a secure socket layer, or SSL, encryption technology that protects data sent to and from the site during a purchase.

 
Should I do something with the e-mail confirmation I get after making a purchase?

Save the confirmation for your records. You should receive one confirmation for each purchase.
