Are you a winner? Congratulations! Here's what you need to know:

• Unless otherwise specified, you’ll need to come to the office to pick up your prize. We’re at 2060 Reading Road, Cincinnati OH 45202, just outside of downtown – take the elevator to the fourth floor to claim your prize.
• You must present a valid photo ID and fill out a prize claim/tax form.
• You must pick up your prize within 10 business days of winning. Occasionally, prizes (such as event tickets) need to be used sooner than 10 days and should be picked up accordingly. We’ll let you know if that’s the case.
• We have free parking out front.
• We’re typically open business days (M-F) from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m., closed holidays.
